Welcome to your Conejo Camp Sequoia Lake departure day guide! Please take a look at the information provided below. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 833-267-2267.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:

Arrive at location

Enter the parking lot at 1300 E Janss Road. Stay right, parallel to the freeway, until you reach the busses. Signage and personal will be stationed to help guide you.

Luggage Drop off

You will then be guided to stop next to the busses. This is where will you will briefly drop off all of your campers luggage, then get back in the car to find parking.

Park your car

From the luggage drop-off area,  Pull forward and turn left to locate the parent parking area.  Don't for get to grab the remainder of your camper's belongings, like their sack lunch and medication form.

Check-in

Locate the check-in table in front of the community building. Staff will be here to give you your camper's cabin info. Next, head to the medical table to drop-off your campers medication and medical form. If you have purchased any of our mail products or services, go to the merchandise table. Last, stop by the T-Shirt table to pick up your camper's 2025 Conejo Camp Sequoia Lake shirt. 

Locate Cabin

After checking in, it's time to find your campers cabin group. Counselors will be holding up signs with cabin letters, so you can easily locate them. After greeting your camper's counselors, say your "see you later's"! The campers will load the buses with their cabin groups from here. 

Communication at camp

If you need to contact us while we are at camp, please call our phone number (preferred method of contact) 833-267-2267, email us at questions@campsequoialake.info or send a message through our website chat box. Responses may be delayed up to 3 hours, as we only have internet at specific locations. We will be communicating daily updates to all camp parents via email and social media. Welcome back camp parents! Below you will find instructions for your camper's arrival. This will be located at the same location as Departure Day: Conejo Creek Park South. Please note that arrival times are only an estimate.

2:00PM - 4:00PM

The arrival time listed is merely an estimate. Due to unforeseen traffic circumstances, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. On the day of arrival, we will be texting everyone updates throughout the journey back home so you can have an accurate arrival time. Please make sure you are opted-in to text messages in your CampBrain registration portal.

Enter the parking lot at 1300 E Janss Road. Stay right, parallel to the freeway, until you reach the same area we departed from - by the park community building.

Park your car

Please park in the same area that you were previously instructed to at departure day. If you have passed the park community building, you have gone too far!

Find your camper

Find your camper(s) after the busses have stopped, and they have begun de-boarding.

Find your campers luggage

After you have located your camper, start looking for their luggage. Staff will actively be pulling campers luggage off of the busses as soon as they arrive. Please note that your campers luggage may not be on the same bus that they were on.

Pick up campers medication (if applicable)

If you dropped off medication for your camper at departure day, do not forget to take it home with you. Locate your camper's counselor or medical staff so we can pull out and hand over the medication.

Lost and found

Please contact us via email if your camper is missing any personal belongings.
