Youth Camp
3th - 7th Grade
Youth camp is designed for campers entering grades 3 through 7. Our goal during these years is to help your child develop a love for the outdoors and camping, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and discover new interests and areas of success. Whether at the waterfront, during lip-sync battles, in crafts, or playing ga-ga ball, your youth camper will find activities they enjoy and look forward to returning to for years. Campers will also participate in leadership programs aimed at helping them set goals and identify areas for personal growth in their daily lives. Overall, youth camp allows campers to embrace the camp culture and fully discover their unique identity.
Intermediate Camp
8th - 9th Grade
The program aims to develop skills in cooperation, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork. Throughout one week, Intermediate campers will experience a sense of personal achievement through various activities, including high ropes courses, adventure courses, canoeing, archery, and rock climbing. Positive interactions with their peers will enhance participation in camp activities and foster skill-building, independent learning, and creativity. Additionally, building relationships between campers is a key aspect of the memorable experience at camp.
Leaders In Training
10th - 11th Grade
Our Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) program is an excellent choice for campers looking to unlock their full potential. Camp Sequoia Lake offers campers the chance to develop their talents in a supportive environment. This program emphasizes interpersonal communication, teamwork, and small group leadership skills.
Counselors In Training
12th Grade
The Counselors in Training (C.I.T.) program offers our oldest campers a chance to learn the fundamentals of leadership through an intensive one-week experience. C.I.T.s divide their time between small group learning sessions and hands-on practice by engaging with cabin groups. Each day, C.I.T.s are busy from sunrise to sunset, honing their skills and enjoying fun experiences with new friends. C.I.T.s still participate in fun camp activities and are registered as campers.
