From classic summer camp activities like climbing walls and swimming to themed meal periods and Renaissance Faire, there is an activity for everyone. Our goal is to create a safe environment where campers can challenge and express themselves.
Climbing Wall
The climbing wall at Camp Sequoia Lake provides children ages 8 to 18 with an exciting and one-of-a-kind challenge. Campers can climb the 40ft wall confidently and securely with ACA-certified climbing specialists supervising the activity. The climbing wall is an excellent way for children to develop strength, coordination, and self-confidence.
Swimming
Spending time at the water front and swimming in the lake is always a camper-favorite activity. With lifeguards on duty at all times, campers can swim, dive, and play in the lake without risk. Swimming is an excellent method for children to stay active and cool down throughout the summer.

Hiking
Hiking is an enjoyable and scenic method for campers to explore the great outdoors at Camp Sequoia Lake. With trails that snake through the woods and along the lake, campers may both appreciate the natural beauty and get some exercise. Hiking is an excellent method for children to keep active and appreciate the natural environment.
Zip Line
This is a thrilling experience for campers aged 8 to 18. Participants will experience the thrill of a lifetime while safely strapped to the line as they soar through the air. ACA-certified guides supervise the activity, ensuring campers can zip with confidence and security. The zip line is a exciting way for children to challenge themselves in the camp's breathtaking environment.
Canoeing
Canoeing is a relaxing and enjoyable method for campers to explore the lake and enjoy the outdoors at Camp Sequoia Lake. Campers may paddle confidently when qualified lifeguards are present to ensure their safety. Through canoeing, children can develop their sense of balance, collaboration, and water confidence.
High Ropes
The high ropes course at Camp Sequoia Lake is a thrilling experience for 10th through 12th-grade students. Participants traverse obstacles safely tied to the ropes under the supervision of ACA-certified instructors. The course is a wonderful method for children to test themselves, gain self-assurance, and feel the rush of adrenaline.
Lip Sync
During the camp week, each cabin group works together to coordinate a one minute dance routine to an age appropriate song provided by our staff. Towards the end of the week, each cabin preforms their "lip sync" routine to the rest of camp. This team building exercise gives campers the opportunity to refine their communication skills.
Morning Inspiration
Each morning at camp, all campers and staff gather for morning inspiration. This secular activity is based on a positive "word of the day" chosen as the theme. Similar to campfire, pre-assigned cabins work together to perform skits and sing songs by the day's theme.
Renaissance Faire
Renaissance Faire is a fun event for kids of all ages. Hosted by our creative team, dressing up is encouraged for this activity, where campers watch a counselor joust, snack on popcorn, have their faces painted, and partake in many other Renaissance-themed activities while listening to medieval tunes.
Campfire
Each night at camp, campfire is hosted by a pre-selected group of cabins. Led by our counselors, these cabins work together to invent entertaining skits, lead sing-a-long songs, and show off their talents if they choose.

Wacky Water Day
Whats better than swimming in the lake? Bringing the water above the surface and incorporating it into various relay races, obstacle courses, slip-n-slides, dunk tanks and more. Snow cones and cotton candy included.

Rock of Ages Dance
One of our oldest camp traditions, the Rock of Ages dance is the perfect time for campers to socialize with friends and bust a move. Typically followed by a beautiful sunset over the lake, this is where core memories are made!
